What Hitman game is different? Eidos has been promising change since Hitman 2 and has never delivered, but they always make solid games.

It is absolutely different to any other Hitman game. It is Arkham city with kills.

I love how he killed a guy in front of a mob of people and just walked away casually.

Hitman Absolution looks like a fun game but from what I've seen of it & what I've read about it (gameplay mechanics details from IO)... it like it plays EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE of a hitman game...

Thats odd, It looks exactly like a hitman game to me. in fact it looks the most like a hitman game. Perhaps you were playing splinter cell but I loved the many different ways of completing missions and just seeing what I can get away with.
Plus who ever was playing looked like they sucked really really hard, like holding the camera in one hand and playing with other kind of suck.

That's just it., this vid cut most of the shit out. Go watch the other UNEDITED gameplay vids... READ the articles about the gameplay itself... It plays almost EXACTLY the opposite of the original games. The emphasis in this game is cover, gunplay, hiding from your enemies rather than Hiding in plain site, then there is instinct mode that lets you see & hear through walls, read minds, see enemy paths, mark & Execute, & completely replaces the map/objective screen (meaning its not optional) & forces you to KILL enemies to keep charged, oh and from what i have seen read and undestand the game levels are linear forcing you to complete your objectives in a SPECIFIC manner rather than having OPEN levels with multiple paths &ways of completeing your objectives... oh and the icing on the cake is Silent Assassin now has NOTHING to do with not alerting gaurds to your precense, as long as the death looks accidental/natural you get Silent Assassin Rank. From what I'VE seen and read (which judging by what you just said is a LOT more than you have) game looks more like the bastard child of Batman Arkham City & Splinter Cell Conviction than it does Hitman.

Yeah, This new hitman game looks to play most missions like Splinter Cell Conviction. You know, the bad one. They have only showed one level thats like the original hitman, and even that seems like a less interesting Mardi Gra Level in Blood Money.
Also the voice actor is gone, which is why they refuse to have the new voice in the trailers so no one can moan about it.
