Yeah they need to fix that. I played a game today where a guy threw a tomahawk at the wall and it shifted towards the player giving him the kill.

This IS set in the future, so maybe furute Tomahawks have a built in heat-seeking capability.

Well, the more players, the more chances this would happen - plus, with streaming services at the tip of a button, it's far easier to record. Therefore, it shouldn't surprise me it would take this long for a Tomahawk kill like that to appear on YouTube.
