Capcom released a new Ultra Street Fighter IV trailer on April 16.

The trailer showcases a lot of the new features for the game, including w-ultra combos which allow the players to have both of a characters ultra combos available. It also features red focus attacks, team battles and more.

An additional feature Capcom showcases in the trailer is the ability to record matches and upload them to Youtube. This addition goes with the practice record feature that has been available in previous iterations of the game.

The game will feature five additional characters to the growing Street Fighter IV roster, including the highly discussed Decapre. According to Silicon Era, Ultra Street Fighter IV assistance producer Tomoaki Ayano said Decapre is meant to be a character for newcomers. This, according to Ayano, is why the team decided to give her charge attacks.

“We wanted to introduce a character that would interest newcomers, which is why we went with charge moves,” Ayano said. “Keep in mind that [Decapre’s] move set goes deeper than just charge techniques as well. She has a move called the Rapid Dagger that is executed by repeated button presses, for instance. She’s actually rather easy to control and I think she’ll prove to be enjoyable for users of all skill levels.”

According to Ayano, the red focus attack is a more defensive move meant for casual players.

“Our vision is that [W] ultra combos will give you more offensive options, while the red focus attack will give you more defensive options,” Ayano said.

Ultra Street Fighter IV releases in June for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It releases for PC in August. It will be available as a paid downloadable update for past iterations of the Street Fighter IV series and as a standalone retail game.
