Street Fighter X Mega Man Ver. 2 available now!

1/19/13 10:20am

You may know this already if you’re a die hard Mega Man or Street Fighter fan but in case you don’t, this is some great news you'll want to read…well that’s if you enjoyed the Street Fighter X Mega Man crossover, which I think a lot of you did...LOL.

Capcom released the updated version of the game (Ver. 2) yesterday, which delivers the technical fixes and advanced controller support fans were promised. However, Capcom did “lie” about one thing and that’s the lack of new content.

As a neat little surprise, Capcom not only added the highly requested password system but also a new hidden character!

This hidden character’s identity wasn’t revealed but we do have an oh so "subtle" clue as to who it is:

Tiger!”

For more details, you can click the link below or watch the video above.

Oh and the game can be downloaded here and the soundtrack can be downloaded here.

I don't think Capcom is too concerned with catering to 8% - 10% of the market...

The game is free so they aren't making anything off of it anyway (maybe advertising revenue and also publicity) . And the Apple market share in the US is up to 12% and thats several millions of people.

Right, so they're not making any money and making this game for free...so tell me again why'd they want to use more man hours on a game with no financial return to cater to the Mac fan base?
