uh... Capcom is coming out with a giant patch,,, and NOT charging $40 for it?
THAT'S INSANE!
Next thing you know it they'll "un-cancel" Megaman Legends 3 and stop putting DLC on the disc that you have to buy later to access... but I'm getting ahead of myself.

But watses time within the fight. So it's a must. Unless Dimps does what Skullgirls did and slow down the timer when supers happen(some almost to the point of stoping it), then this change would be useless. But no. :/
