Its a great co-op game
Afraid not. Never even heard of it. Link? And thank you = )
I'm afraid that we disagree on that point. Although I love both X-Men, Simpsons and TMNT they have with the years turned into pretty standard button-mashers while I feel that BT&DD still feels very dynamic and vibrant in it's combat. But of course, that's just me.
As for Lara Croft: Guardian of Light I'm afraid I haven't played that one yet since I'm a very bad person. Hopefully I'll find time for it soon!
Very nice top 10- it was very well scripted and well edited.
I think Kirby Returns trumps Kirby Super Star in terms of co-op-ness, but you know, opinions.
Those are some good choices up there. Too bad I really don't have a buddy/minion who enjoys playing the games as much as I do...
Awesome list. Would like to see an online co-op version of your list too.
No Crash Team Racing?! GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE!!! But seriously, great start for a new show, now if only the ScrewAttack's subscribe button would come back.
Btw, has anyone ever told you that you have a voice that could melt butter and do verious "other" things?
Oh, and music from God Hand as ending music: AWESOME!!!
pretty sweet list man bit surprised though that L4D wasn't on the list though
Aren't you the guy who did the ScrewAttack song back in the day? You both look and sound like him. Speaking of, you both look and sound like a swedish person haha :) Awesome video man, looking forward to more.
Oh, Queen is awesome too by the way.
Would have been nice if you listed it as offline co-op in the title, cuz offline co-op sucks :p. Also I assumed you were Irish to begin with o_O.
Very glad you chose (Spoilers) Rock Band as #1. While its appeal diminished because of the infamous stream of half-assed Guitar Hero games in 2009, there's no denying that the feeling of gathering two or three of your buds and rockin' out with your clock out is too exhilarating to be ignored.
That being said, if I had to choose one game in the series that's worthy of the #1 spot by itself, that would definitely be Rock Band 2. It axed the minor hiccups and inconveniences of the first game, as it included a more flexible tour mode and better options while sticking to the little things that made the original so exciting to play. I also thought Rock Band 3 was a bit of a step back in the local multiplayer regard, since it axed a lot of the minor feel-good features that the previous games had (such as crowd-chanting) and its Road Challenges (which served as the Tour Mode) felt much less rewarding than the previous games.
Yes, Guardian of Light, Portal 2 and Saints Row (even if there's no couch for the last two) could've easily displaced some of the entries. Kudos for putting Rayman up there though.
after Kirby -fucking- Superstar....... rockband? "be mad, be furious, be avengeful!!!!!"... and halo was a bit overranked, it was cool sure, but lacked that co-op gameplay "bonus" that other games on your list got
gotta agree...X-men for arcade had such great co-op. six players...certainly better than battletoads and double dragon...oh well it is your list, not mine. I liked a few of them being on there at least.
Good writing, voice and editing. Overal a great first video (well, the first we got to see).
No portal 2...no bordelands....No TNMT turtles on time......no X-men arcade >:(
Okay... WHERE THE HELL IS BORDERLANDS?!
decent list but as for co-op not including any of the 4 player beat em ups like x-men, tmnt, or simpsons seems kinda fail considering the battletoads double dragon isn't the greatest "co-op", i also feel Lara croft gaurdian of light should be on this list as it was one of the greatest co-op ever. Lastly where is gunstar heroes.
PS: Super mario is way more fun but co-op is handled better in rayman.
Thanks! = D
Nice list dude good job. Rayman Orgins espacilly :D
